مشکل در ip canonicalization

وقتی با سایت seositecheckup.com سایتم رو بررسی می کنم یکی از ارور های متعددی که می ده ip canonicalization هست

یه تیکه کد خودش میده که وقتی مقدارهای خودم رو توش می زنم درست نمیشه.یعنی مقدارهای سرور و دامین خودم رو جایگزین می کنم و می ذارم تو htaccess و دوباره تست می کنم همچنان می گه مورد داره
